Organizational Structure Overview

Jarsking’s organizational architecture reflects a strategic balance between centralized manufacturing excellence and distributed market presence. Jarsking Structure

R&D Dept

The R&D department serves as Jarsking’s innovation engine, housing 30+ designers and engineers who transform market insights into tangible product solutions. This team operates a dedicated research center equipped with prototyping capabilities, material testing laboratories, and design studios that launch innovative packaging solutions monthly.

R&D professionals engage in continuous exploration of sustainable materials, advanced decoration techniques, and emerging aesthetic trends in beauty and pharmaceutical packaging. The department collaborates directly with clients during concept development phases, translating brand visions into technical specifications that guide production teams.

Manufacturing Operations – Five Specialized Factories

Jarsking’s manufacturing excellence stems from a strategic factory specialization model where five distinct facilities—Mold, Glass, Plastic, Cap & Accessories, and Decoration—each focus on specific production

processes. This structure enables deep technical expertise within each facility while maintaining seamless integration across the production chain. Manufacturing teams across all five factories

participate in continuous training programs focused on new equipment operation, quality management systems, and safety protocols.

Mold Factory

The Mold Factory develops precision tooling that forms the foundation of all packaging products, employing advanced CAD/CAM systems and CNC machining centers. Skilled technicians and mold engineers collaborate to create custom molds that achieve exacting dimensional tolerances, enabling the production of complex bottle geometries and unique structural designs.

Glass Factory

Teams operate furnaces that melt raw materials, followed by precision forming equipment that shapes molten glass into bottles through automated blow-and-blow or press-and-blow methods. The facility includes annealing systems that gradually cool finished bottles to eliminate internal stress, ensuring structural integrity and durability for packaging applications.

Plastic Factory

The Plastic Factory specializes in injection molding and blow molding processes for caps, containers, and auxiliary packaging components. Production specialists work with various polymer materials—including PP, PE, PET, and specialty plastics—to create lightweight, durable elements that complement glass packaging systems.

Cap & Accessories Factory

This specialized facility produces closures, pumps, dispensers, sprayers, and decorative accessories that complete packaging assemblies. Teams combine mechanical assembly expertise with precision quality control to ensure every component meets functional requirements and aesthetic standards that align with luxury positioning.

Post-Processing Factory

The Decoration Factory transforms finished glass containers into brand-defining packaging through decoration technologies. Skilled operators apply screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating, electroplating, and lacquering finishes that create the visual impact required by brands. The facility manages multi-color printing processes, gradient effects, and specialty surface treatments that elevate glass bottles from functional containers to unique brand statements.
