Certifications & Compliance

We publish certificate numbers, issuing bodies and dates so your compliance team
can verify them directly. Jarsking manufactures through several group companies
and audited partner factories; each certificate below states which company holds
it, because that is the name your documentation will carry.

Quality management

ISO 9001:2015 / GB/T 19001-2016

Independently verifiable through HIC at hicgroup.com.cn and on China’s national
CNCA register at cnca.gov.cn.

Our quality system runs incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC) and final (FQC)
inspection, sampling to GB/T 2828.1 at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor. Non-conformities
are closed through 8D corrective action and batches are traceable in our ERP.

EU packaging compliance — Extended Producer Responsibility

European brands are increasingly required by their own compliance teams to show
that their packaging supplier is registered for EPR. We are.

Germany — Verpackungsgesetz (VerpackG)

This registration is publicly searchable at verpackungsregister.org. You do not
need to ask us for evidence.

Material compliance — EU RoHS

Child-resistant closures

US 16 CFR § 1700.20 — passed

Child resistance is certified per closure design, not per factory. This report
covers model J652. If your project needs a CR closure we can quote the tested
design, or arrange testing for a new one — tell us at enquiry stage so the
timeline includes it.

Substance testing

We run an ongoing testing programme against the regulations our European and
North American customers are audited on:

• REACH SVHC screening — glass and plastic packaging
• EU Packaging Directive 94/62/EC heavy metals
• Total fluorine (PFAS screening)
• California Proposition 65 — bisphenol A
• TPCH (Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse) heavy metals

Reports are issued per product and per material, by accredited third-party
laboratories. Ask for the report covering the item you are quoting and we will
send it unedited.

Design protection

We hold registered design patents on original bottle and perfume-bottle designs:

We also hold a Canadian product patent.

Designs we develop for your project remain yours. Designs from our own library
are protected — which is part of why a structure developed with us cannot simply
be re-ordered from another supplier.

Sustainable materials

For PLA and PHA projects we work with certified resin producers whose materials
carry OK Home Compost, DIN CERTCO, BPI and Seedling certification. Those
certificates belong to the material producer, not to Jarsking. We pass them
through with the material declaration so your sustainability claims are properly
sourced and traceable.

For recycled content we work to GRS chain-of-custody requirements. Ask for the
current certificate covering the material in your quotation.

Testing capability

We operate an in-house laboratory with four technicians running dimensional,
functional and appearance checks throughout production. It is not
CNAS-accredited.

Where a project needs accredited third-party data — drop, compatibility,
migration or transit testing — we arrange it with an accredited laboratory and
pass the report to you unedited.

Social compliance

Our Guangzhou facilities are audited under amfori BSCI by SGS. Audit reports
are shared with customers on request under the normal amfori disclosure terms.

What we do not hold

• CE marking — cosmetic packaging is not a CE-marked product category
• LFGB certification on our own account
• FDA registration on finished goods
• RAL quality marks
• CNAS accreditation for our own laboratory

If your project requires any of these, tell us at enquiry stage. We will either
route the work through a certified partner facility, or tell you plainly that we
are not the right supplier for that item.
