These terms govern your use of jarsking.com, operated by Guangzhou Jiaxing Glass Products Co., Ltd. (广州佳兴玻璃制品有限公司), trading as Jarsking Packaging (“Jarsking”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any supply of goods is governed by a separate written contract, purchase order or proforma invoice agreed between us. Where those documents conflict with this page, those documents prevail.

What this site is

jarsking.com presents our manufacturing capabilities and product range to business customers. It is not an online shop. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by submitting an enquiry.

We manufacture to order. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications are quoted case by case and confirmed in writing.

Enquiries and quotations

When you send an enquiry you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to give it on behalf of your company.

Quotations we issue are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days where no period is stated. A quotation is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract; a contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing.

Product information, images and samples

We try to describe our products accurately, but:

• Photographs and renders are illustrative. Colour, finish and surface texture vary between screens and between production batches
• Dimensions, capacities and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance, which we confirm on the technical drawing for your order
• Products shown in case studies and portfolios were made to a specific customer’s specification and are not necessarily available on the same terms
• Where a physical sample is approved, the approved sample governs the order

Certifications and test reports referenced on this site apply to the specific facility, product or material stated, and are valid for the period shown on the certificate. They do not automatically extend to every product we make. Ask us for the certificate relevant to your order.

Intellectual property

Ours. The content of this site — text, photographs, renders, drawings, layout, and the Jarsking name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Yours. Designs, drawings, specifications and other materials you send us for an OEM project remain yours. We use them only to quote and manufacture for you, and we do not offer your design to another customer. Where we develop a design for you under an ODM or OBM engagement, ownership is set out in the contract for that project — not by this page.

Confidentiality. We treat technical information you share as confidential. Where you need that in a signed agreement, ask us for an NDA before sending sensitive material.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a rate that interferes with its operation, to introduce malicious code, or to misrepresent your identity or your company.

Third-party links

We link to standards bodies, regulators, industry publications and research sources so you can check what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, including for maintenance.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that: the site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the information on it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. For business users, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of data arising from use of the website.

Our liability in connection with goods we supply is governed by the contract for those goods, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people’s court in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
