A dropper dispenses a liquid a drop at a time, for serums, facial oils, essential oils and tinctures. We manufacture squeeze-bulb, push-button and child-resistant droppers with glass or plastic pipettes, as part of the bottle set they ship with: one color reference, one sample round, one lead time.
A dropper is an assembly of three working parts. Squeezing the bulb pushes air out of the pipette; releasing it draws the liquid up; a gentle squeeze then releases it drop by drop. Every part is specified to the formula and to the bottle it ships on.
The four dropper types differ in how the pipette fills, how repeatable each dose is, and who should be able to open the bottle. Each is built on a glass or plastic pipette cut to your bottle.
The classic dropper: a rubber bulb on a collar, over a glass or plastic pipette. The user squeezes, releases to fill, and squeezes again to dispense.
The bulb is replaced by a button in the top of the cap. Pressing and releasing the button fills the pipette to a consistent level, so each dose is more repeatable than with a hand-squeezed bulb.
A push-down-and-turn cap that has to be pushed and turned together to open, for products that must be kept away from children.
A pipette marked with volume lines, so the user measures in milliliters rather than counting drops.
The standard specification, and what we tailor for each program. Neck, pipette and bulb are confirmed against your formula and your bottle at the sampling stage.

The pipette is the part of the dropper that touches the formula. Its material, its tip and its length decide how the product is drawn up, how the drop forms, and how much of the bottle the customer can use.
The choice for serums, facial oils and essential oils: glass is inert, stays clear and signals a premium product. Drawn from soda-lime or borosilicate glass tubing.
Lighter, and they do not break: for travel sizes, children's products and cost-sensitive programs.
The pipette is cut to the bottle's internal height, ending about 2 mm above the base, so it reaches nearly every drop without touching the bottom. We cut it to your actual bottle, not to a nominal size.
Tip shape changes how the drop forms
A steady drop from a flat end.
Serums, everyday liquidsA small, precise drop from a narrowed point.
Essential oils, tincturesDrop by drop, and can be dabbed on skin.
Spot treatmentsAngled, to reach the last of the product.
Smaller bottlesMeasured in milliliters, often graduated.
Dosed productsThe bulb is the only part of the dropper made from an elastomer, and some ingredients attack it. Oils and solvents make natural rubber swell and soften; the bulb then loses suction or taints the formula.
What is in your formula?
We specify the bulb against your ingredient list and test the dropper with your final formula, because essential oils and active ingredients vary widely in what they attack.
A standard dropper releases about 0.05 ml per drop. Real drop size depends on the tip, and on the formula's viscosity and surface tension, so a serum and an essential oil give different drops from the same dropper.
When the dose has to be the same every time, a push-button dropper fills the pipette to a consistent level, and a graduated pipette lets the user measure in milliliters.
On a dropper bottle, the collar and bulb are the finish customers see and hold every day, and every surface on them can be specified.

Tooling and shipping
The questions buyers ask most before they specify a dropper. If yours is not here, send it with your formula and we will answer it against the real product.
Ask about your dropperSqueeze-bulb droppers, where the user squeezes a rubber bulb to fill and release the pipette; push-button droppers, where a button in the cap fills the pipette to a consistent level; child-resistant droppers, with a push-down-and-turn cap; and graduated droppers, with volume marks on the pipette.
The pipette is cut to the bottle's internal height, ending about 2 mm above the base, so it reaches nearly every drop without touching the bottom. We cut it to your actual bottle rather than to a nominal size.
Glass for serums, facial oils and essential oils: it is inert, stays clear and looks premium. Plastic for travel sizes, children's products and cost-sensitive programs, because it is lighter and does not break.
Nitrile rubber (NBR), which resists oils, solvents and high-acidity formulas. Oils make natural rubber swell and soften. We specify the bulb against your ingredient list and test the dropper with your final formula.
About 0.05 ml, roughly 20 drops per milliliter, for a standard dropper. Real drop size depends on the tip and on the formula's viscosity and surface tension. One squeeze fills the pipette with 0.4–1.0 ml, depending on the bulb.
Yes. A child-resistant dropper uses a push-down-and-turn cap. Child resistance is certified per closure design under US 16 CFR § 1700.20, so tell us at inquiry stage and we will build testing of your design into the timeline.
MOQ is 10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. A dropper collar sample takes 7 days from stock material and 15 days custom; a glass pipette sample takes 7–10 days. Production of 10,000 custom-color collars takes 25 days, counted from receipt of vector artwork and payment.
