OFFICINA
The Apothecary Hours

One signature accord, interpreted across the day through mist, oil, diffuser, concentrate, and solid perfume packaging. A brand world built from measured time rather than product noise.

The workshop behind the counter

When time was part of the remedy.

OFFICINA takes its name from the apothecary workshop: a place defined not by spectacle, but by preparation, labeling, measure, and repetition. The concept does not borrow a fictional family crest or claim an invented lineage. It borrows a discipline.

That discipline becomes the brand's organizing idea. Scent is not presented as a single decorative spray. It is dispensed through four moments—MANE, MERIDIE, VESPERE, and NOCTE—each matched to the delivery format most natural to its place in the day.

The cultural code therefore does real work. Latin is not surface ornament; it gives the range its clock. Pharmacy labeling is not costume; it makes sequence, use, and format legible. The vessel becomes the lasting object, and the hour becomes the memory.

Illustrated OFFICINA amber mist, oil, and diffuser packaging concept

One remedy.
Four hours.
Taken in four ways.

The same olfactive signature can remain recognizable while its delivery changes with context: airborne in the morning, measured at midday, ambient in the evening, and skin-close at night. That is what makes the range coherent without making it repetitive.

For the consumer, the four-hour structure reduces choice anxiety and turns separate products into a learnable routine. For the brand, it creates a portfolio framework that can hold gift sets, single vessels, discovery sizes, refills, seasonal editions, and future scent families.

The accord stays.
Its radius changes.

Each hour has a sensory role, a packaging mechanism, and a commercial job. Together they form a day; separately they remain complete retail propositions.

MANE Morning mist OFFICINA packaging concept
IIn the morning

Wake / broadcast

MANE

Morning mist · 100 ml

The day begins with the format that travels farthest. A fine mist gives the signature accord its brightest expression and makes MANE the visual lead for launch photography, discovery, and daily use.

Hero full-size SKU · immediate sensory demonstration · strong campaign opener
MERIDIE Midday oil OFFICINA packaging concept
IIAt midday

Pause / measure

MERIDIE

Midday oil · 10 ml

At the center of the day, fragrance becomes deliberate and portable. The compact amber dropper gives the ritual a measured gesture: one small action that can live at a desk, in a bag, or beside the diffuser.

Entry-price format · travel-friendly discovery · natural add-on to the full set
VESPERE Reed diffuser OFFICINA packaging concept
IIIToward evening

Dwell / atmosphere

VESPERE

Reed diffuser · 100 ml

The evening format changes the scale of the ritual. VESPERE leaves the body and enters the room, extending the same olfactive identity into the domestic landscape through a slower, ambient delivery.

Home-fragrance anchor · high gifting relevance · bridge between personal and interior scent
NOCTE Solid perfume or balm OFFICINA packaging concept
IVAt night

Rest / keep close

NOCTE

Solid perfume or balm · 25 g

The sequence closes with its most intimate object. The gold-tone tin is warmed by the hand and kept near the pulse, turning the final hour into a tactile personal gesture rather than another spray.

Compact giftable SKU · metallic focal point · premium counter and travel format

A garden that changes with the light.

The visual proposal imagines one botanical accord moving through four tonal facets. This is a storytelling architecture for the fragrance house and brand to develop—not a finished formula or benefit claim.

05 · Packaging architecture

A collection designed as a prescription cabinet.

The open case reveals five visible components, each with a defined role. The packaging images govern the specification below: the gold 25 g pack is a solid perfume or balm tin, not a candle; the 5 ml mini remains an open role until engineering and formula use are confirmed.

The value of the set is not component count alone. A shaped insert makes hierarchy physical: lead formats occupy the field, small formats act as discovery or replenishment tools, and the metallic tin creates the memorable visual punctuation.

Production gate: final materials, fill compatibility, dispensing performance, decoration adhesion, transport closure, refill method, cleaning instructions, and environmental claims must be validated for the selected formulas and markets.

One world.
Several ways in.

A strong packaging system gives the buyer more than a beautiful launch set. It creates a ladder: a statement gift at the top, hero singles for repeat retail, compact formats for discovery, and a refill direction that can preserve the vessel as a long-term brand asset.

Because the story is shared, every entry point advertises the whole line. A NOCTE tin can introduce the night ritual; a VESPERE diffuser can lead a home-fragrance purchase; the complete chest can convert both into a higher-value gift.

The complete ritual

The fitted presentation case introduces the entire day in one reveal. Each component has a defined place, so the insert teaches sequence while protecting the set from feeling like unrelated stock packaging.

B · Single-vessel retail

The keeper object

Every format is complete enough to sell alone. Shared amber glass, label framing, typography, and hour marks preserve recognition even when a shopper encounters only one vessel on a shelf.

The return journey OFFICINA packaging concept
C · Refill and replenishment direction

The return journey

A validated refill route can shift value from repeated vessel purchase toward scent replenishment. The commercial premise is simple: keep the recognizable object in the home and let the fragrance renew around it.

Range coherence

One naming and CMF system reduces the visual cost of adding formats.

Basket building

Personal, portable, and home formats naturally support cross-category bundles.

Repurchase memory

A kept vessel preserves recognition between replenishment cycles.

Seasonal flexibility

Sleeves, labels, and gift-box graphics can change while the core objects stay recognizable.

The label does not decorate the vessel. It teaches the ritual.

The O reads as the sun and the open C as the moon, placing the full day-to-night cycle inside the OFFICINA name. Together with the engraved serif, botanical stamps, Latin hour names, and pharmacy label framing, the wordmark creates a grammar that remains legible from a 100 ml bottle to a 5 ml mini. Each code has a job: the sun and moon own time, the border contains information, the botanical mark carries variation, and the hour name explains sequence.

Labels Cotton-paper or paper-effect stock with fine botanical linework, stamp-shaped edges, and a subtle creasing pattern that gives the label an archival, handled character.

Metal Brushed pewter direction for closures; pressed gold-tone tin as the warm accent.

Secondary pack Rounded cream case, paper belly band, fitted insert, and quieter refill sleeves.

Fragrance is becoming a daily behavior, not a single bottle.

The OFFICINA architecture meets three useful market behaviors at once: fragrance used as self-directed ritual, coordinated formats bought as gifts, and smaller sizes used as accessible discovery points.

These figures describe broader category behavior, not forecast sales for OFFICINA. They support the portfolio direction; commercial performance still depends on formula, price, distribution, brand investment, and execution.

The hours become the launch experience.

A fragrance experience party gives OFFICINA a stronger launch mechanism than a conventional product reveal. Guided sampling makes the four-hour architecture easy to understand, gives press, creators, retailers, and guests one clear story to repeat, and encourages discovery across multiple formats instead of concentrating attention on a single SKU. That supports cross-selling, gift-set consideration, and movement toward the complete ritual.

Commercially, one activation can produce live trial, retailer education, creator content, gifting conversations, and first-party feedback on preferred hours and formats. The same event script can be reused for pop-ups, wholesale presentations, staff training, and seasonal launches, extending the value of the launch investment beyond one evening.

01

DTC editorial

The four hours provide a ready-made sequence for product pages, email, and social storytelling without inventing a different campaign idea for every SKU.

02

Prestige retail

One master silhouette language helps the family read quickly at shelf distance; Latin hour names create navigation and memorability at close range.

03

Gifting and travel

The full chest acts as the statement gift, while the oil, mini, and tin provide smaller price and portability entries into the same world.

04

Launch experience

A fragrance experience party turns sampling into range education, gives creators and retail buyers a clear story to repeat, and helps move interest from one format toward the complete ritual.

10 · From idea to repeatable production

A brand world only matters if every component can arrive together.

Choose the development route by what is already known.

OFFICINA is best understood as an OBM-style concept because the story, structure, range logic, graphics, and CMF were imagined together. A buyer can still move through ODM or OEM when existing components or locked specifications make those routes more appropriate.

OEM

Execute a locked system

For buyers with approved structures, artwork, and technical specifications. Jarsking manufactures against the controlled brief and validation plan.

ODM

Customize a proven platform

For buyers who want to adapt existing molds through color, material, finish, labels, closures, and coordinated secondary packaging.

OBM

Co-develop the brand world

For projects like OFFICINA, where range architecture, industrial design, CMF, graphics, packaging story, and production logic must be developed as one system.

01

Frame

Target market, category, channel, price architecture, required formats, formula ownership, and claim boundaries.

02

Systemize

Define the hour ritual, SKU hierarchy, vessel roles, visual codes, and the relationship between full set, singles, minis, and refills.

03

Engineer

Select structures, closures, decoration paths, tray geometry, pack-out logic, and the tests required for the final formulas and markets.

04
