10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. Full-custom tooling is quoted per project; a new steel mold takes 35–40 days in our in-house Mold Manufacturing Center.

How long do custom caps and pumps take?

Pump and cap samples take 7–25 days. Production of 10,000 custom-color pumps or caps takes 30 days, and a complete program 30–40 days, counted from receipt of vector artwork and payment. Sea freight takes 35–40 days.

Which neck finishes do your pumps and caps fit?

Common finishes include 18/410, 20/410, 24/410 and 28/410 for pumps and dispensing caps, 28/400 for standard triggers, and 40 mm, 42/410 and 43/410 for foamers. The finish is confirmed against your bottle at sampling.
