A trigger sprayer dispenses a measured spray with each squeeze of the trigger, so it covers a wider area than a finger pump. We manufacture mini trigger sprayers, standard trigger sprayers and trigger spray bottles, matched to the bottle in neck finish and color, as one set: one color reference, one sample round, one lead time.

What Is a Trigger Sprayer?

A trigger sprayer dispenses a measured spray with each squeeze. Squeezing the trigger drives a spring-loaded piston that pushes the liquid in the chamber out through the nozzle. When the trigger is released, the spring returns the piston, and a check valve lets fresh liquid in from the dip tube, ready for the next spray.

Piston and springThe piston pressurizes the liquid; the stainless steel spring returns it and the trigger.

What is the MOQ and lead time for custom trigger sprayers?

MOQ is 10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. A sprayer sample takes 15–18 days in a stock color and 15–25 days in a specified color; production of 10,000 custom-color sprayers takes 30 days, counted from receipt of vector artwork and payment.
