The Jarsking Solution: Jarsking supplied the 15ml, 30ml, and 50ml Ball-Cap Vacuum Pump Bottles in an Electroplate gold finish for their hero SKU and Gradient purple-to-white for the travel size. The airless piston mechanism (Air In → Piston Moving Up → Product Out) guaranteed near-complete formula dispensing, eliminating product waste in bulk production runs. The signature oversized ball cap — produced with customized injection color — became the brand’s visual trademark on shelf, while the hard PET body met international drop-test and leak-proof standards for retail and e-commerce distribution.
