Jarsking’s Ball-Cap Airless Vacuum Lotion Pump Bottle is a premium hard-PET cosmetic dispenser engineered for liquid foundations, serums, and skin treatments. Available in 15ml, 30ml, and 50ml capacities, the piston-driven vacuum mechanism eliminates air contact to extend formula shelf life.

Airless piston system ensures ≥95% product evacuation with zero oxidation.
Hard PET plastic body offers impact resistance and clarity superior to standard plastics.
Customized injection-color ball cap available in any Pantone shade.
Three sizes (15ml / 30ml / 50ml) with standardized pump fitment for SKU flexibility.

The Client Profile: A mid-to-luxury cosmetics brand launching a new long-wear liquid foundation line targeting the North American and European prestige retail market.

The Challenge: The brand needed packaging that would protect a highly active, oxidation-sensitive foundation formula, while simultaneously delivering strong shelf differentiation across a three-SKU size range (travel, standard, and hero sizes). Their previous supplier used standard lotion pumps that left up to 15% of product unusable — a costly issue at scale.

The Jarsking Solution: Jarsking supplied the 15ml, 30ml, and 50ml Ball-Cap Vacuum Pump Bottles in an Electroplate gold finish for their hero SKU and Gradient purple-to-white for the travel size. The airless piston mechanism (Air In → Piston Moving Up → Product Out) guaranteed near-complete formula dispensing, eliminating product waste in bulk production runs. The signature oversized ball cap — produced with customized injection color — became the brand’s visual trademark on shelf, while the hard PET body met international drop-test and leak-proof standards for retail and e-commerce distribution.
