Custom Leather-Wrapped Glass Perfume Bottle

This is a 100ml double-wall glass perfume bottle finished with a stitched leather wrap and a metallic-trimmed collar. The rectangular flask silhouette measures 115.5mm tall by 77.5mm wide. A fine-mist spray pump sits beneath a rigid overcap wrapped in the same leather. Every surface — leather color, texture, metallic trim, and logo decoration — is specified to your brief.

Sugerencia de embalaje:

The buyer. A leather-goods house is launching its first in-house fragrance. The brand is known to its customers by the feel and finish of its wallets and small leather goods, not by a logo. The launch brief is a single sentence: the bottle has to be recognizable as ours in a blind touch test.

The tradeoff. Custom glass was the obvious route and the wrong one. A bespoke flask mold would have consumed the launch tooling budget on one SKU, locked the brand into a single silhouette before the fragrance line had proven itself, and — critically — still delivered a cold glass object that communicated nothing about a house built on leather. Applied labels and printed sleeves were rejected in review as reading like a decoration applied to someone else’s bottle.

The Jarsking response. We proposed moving the brand signal off the glass and onto the wrap. The 100ml double-wall flask and fine-mist spray system stay as a stable platform; the leather wrap becomes the brand surface. That decoupling let the house commit its budget to material development instead of tooling, and left the door open for a second and third fragrance on the same bottle.

Why it matters commercially. The house gets a fragrance that its existing customers recognize before they read the name, and a bottle platform that carries the next two launches without new glass tooling. In a category where the first interaction is almost always visual and the second is almost always tactile, the wrap does both jobs — and it does them with a component that can be recolored and re-textured per SKU while the bottle underneath stays exactly the same.
