Fine Mist Sprayer Manufacturer — 18/410, 20/410 and 24/410 Mist Sprayers

A fine mist sprayer atomizes a liquid into a soft, even cone, typically 0.08–0.15 ml per spray, for toners, setting sprays, body mists and fragrance. We manufacture fine mist sprayers in 18/410, 20/410 and 24/410 screw finishes and as crimp perfume pumps, as part of the bottle set they ship with: one color reference, one sample round, one lead time.

What Is a Fine Mist Sprayer?

1 2 4 0.08–0.15 mlper spray

A fine mist sprayer is a pump that breaks a liquid into small droplets as it leaves the actuator, so the product lands as a light, even mist rather than a stream. Each press delivers a measured dose.

0.08–0.12 mlthe fragrance industry standard per actuation for fine mist perfume pumps
  1. ActuatorThe head the user presses; its nozzle shapes the mist.
  2. CollarScrews onto a threaded neck, or is crimped onto a perfume neck.
  3. Pump engineMeasures each dose.
  4. Dip tubeCut to the internal height of the specific bottle.
  5. OvercapProtects the actuator; for fragrance, often the signature cap.

Screw, Crimp or Snap-On?

How the sprayer attaches decides whether it can come off again, and how the bottle looks under the cap.

  • Screw-on

    Removable and refillable

A threaded collar and gasket that can be removed and reattached.

Best forToners, facial mists and refillable fragrance
  • Crimp-on

    Permanent and tamper-evident

A metal ferrule compressed around the neck by crimping equipment, a permanent bond with the pump hidden under the cap.

    Best forFine fragrance
  • Snap-on

    Clicks over the neck

A collar that clicks over the neck and can be removed, a middle route between screw and crimp.

Best forEasy assembly with a removable pump

Crimp necks are named by diameter. Larger necks take larger pump mechanisms and higher doses.

  • FEA 15Bottles up to about 50 ml
  • FEA 1875 ml and larger, body perfumes
  • FEA 20Large bottles, maximum coverage

Output and Neck Size

The neck follows the bottle, and the output follows the neck. Larger sprayers carry larger pump mechanisms and a slightly larger dose for mists that cover more skin or hair.

What Makes a Mist Fine

A good sprayer produces a fine, even cone of mist with every press, from the first spray to the last. Three things decide it.

  • An even cone from the actuator nozzle, spray after spray.
  • Tested with your final formula: alcohol concentration, oil content and viscosity all change how it sprays.
  • For alcohol-based fragrance, internals specified for alcohol compatibility, in materials such as acetal (POM) and HDPE.

Customization

On a fragrance or mist bottle, the collar and cap are the finish customers see and hold, and every surface on them can be specified.

Custom color

Actuator, collar and cap matched to the bottle from a physical color sample, so the set reads as one set under store lighting.

Production, 10,000 sets 30 days for custom-color pump heads

Frosted

A matte, soft-touch surface on the cap or the bottle.

Frosting adds 5–7 days at sampling

Spray-coated

Colors and gradients across the cap and the bottle, run on our own spraying lines.

Production, 10,000 sets 30 days

Electroplated

Chrome, gold, rose gold or brushed collars and caps, matched from a physical sample.

Production, 10,000 sets 35 days for electroplated caps

Anodized aluminum

An aluminum collar or cap, anodized in color, for a true metal surface on the fragrance.

Production, 10,000 sets 45 days for anodized aluminum caps

Screen printing and hot stamping

Logos and copy printed or foil-stamped onto the bottle and the collar, from vector artwork built to the product's actual dimensions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers ask most before they specify a fine mist sprayer. If yours is not here, send it with your formula and we will answer it against the real product.

Ask about your sprayer
How much does a fine mist sprayer dispense per spray?

Typically 0.08–0.15 ml per spray. The fragrance industry standard for fine mist perfume pumps is about 0.08–0.12 ml per actuation; larger 20/410 and 24/410 sprayers for mists and body sprays run to about 0.16–0.18 ml. A 50 ml bottle at 0.10 ml gives about 500 sprays.

Which neck finish should I choose?

The neck follows the bottle. 18/410 suits 15–60 ml perfumes and samples, 20/410 suits 60–150 ml facial mists and toners, and 24/410 suits 120–500 ml body sprays and hair care. The diameter and the thread must both match the bottle exactly.

Should a perfume use a crimp or a screw sprayer?

A crimp pump is compressed permanently onto the neck, giving a secure, tamper-evident seal and a clean silhouette under the cap, the standard for fine fragrance. A screw sprayer can be removed and reattached, which suits refillable fragrance, toners and mists.

Will a fine mist sprayer work with an alcohol-based fragrance?

Yes, when the pump internals are specified for alcohol compatibility, with parts in materials such as acetal (POM) and HDPE. We test the sprayer with your final formula, because alcohol concentration, oil content and viscosity all change how it sprays.

Can the sprayer collar be electroplated or anodized?

Yes. Collars and caps can be electroplated in chrome, gold, rose gold or brushed, or finished in anodized aluminum, as well as color-matched, frosted, spray-coated, screen printed or hot stamped.

What sizes are crimp perfume pumps?

Crimp necks are named by diameter: FEA 13 for travel sizes, FEA 15 for bottles up to about 50 ml, and FEA 18 and 20 for larger body and fragrance formats. The pump is matched to the bottle's crimp neck.

What is the MOQ and lead time for custom fine mist sprayers?

MOQ is 10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. A pump head sample takes 15–18 days in a stock color and 15–25 days in a specified color; production of 10,000 custom-color pump heads takes 30 days, counted from receipt of vector artwork and payment. Sea freight adds 35–40 days.
