This is an empty 500 ml double-wall pump bottle built from three parts: a clear PET outer bottle, a separate PET inner liner, and a PP press pump. The liner carries the color and decoration while the transparent shell sits over it, creating the depth and glass-like weight you can see across the frosted, gradient, coated, screen-printed, and electroplated samples. It stands 229.8 mm tall on a 77.6 mm base, with a 135 mm printing area for full-wrap branding.

Buyer and launch context. A European men’s grooming brand is extending from a single 2-in-1 wash into a four-SKU shower and hair range: a bergamot body wash, a daily shampoo, a scalp treatment, and a conditioning rinse. The brand’s identity is built on saturated, almost automotive color — and their retail buyer has asked for a shelf block that reads as one family from three meters away.
Packaging problem. Their existing supplier’s opaque HDPE bottles killed the color. Saturated pigment on a matte opaque wall goes flat and chalky, and the four shades collapsed into one muddy block on shelf. Glass would have delivered the depth they wanted, but a 500 ml glass bottle in a wet shower was ruled out on safety grounds by the same retail buyer.
Jarsking’s response. We specified the 500 ml double-wall PET bottle with color carried on the inner liner and a clear outer shell left undecorated. Light entering the transparent outer wall, refracting, and returning off the colored liner is what produces the saturation you see in this image — the greens stay green under water, and the orange holds its heat rather than washing out. The pump head and collar were color-matched per SKU so each bottle reads as a single solid object.
