The Client Profile: A mid-to-premium D2C skincare brand launching a limited-edition “Chromatic Ritual” collection — five serums, each targeting a different skin concern, positioned for the specialty beauty retail and online DTC channel.
The Challenge: The brand needed a single unified bottle silhouette that could visually differentiate five SKUs without changing the structural mold. Their previous supplier could only offer one or two surface finishes per run, forcing them to use different bottle shapes — breaking collection cohesion and inflating tooling costs.
The Jarsking Solution: Leveraging Jarsking’s multi-finish capability on the same capsule-form hard PET body, the brand selected five distinct surface treatments from a single mold: Frosted yellow for their hydrating toner, Electroplate rose-gold for a premium peptide serum, Transparent amber for a facial oil, Transparent Matte purple for a retinol treatment, and Glossy sky-blue for a brightening essence. Each finish was produced with customized injection color and lotion or spray pump configuration to match viscosity.
The result: a photogenic, shelf-dominant collection that communicates premiumness through tactile variety — all sourced factory-direct from Jarsking, dramatically reducing per-unit cost versus managing multiple packaging vendors.
