Custom PP Sunscreen Bottle Squeezable for Summer Launches

When the California-based beauty label S Skin decided to launch its “Golden Shield” sunscreen collection.

Together, our design team and the S brand founders explored multiple prototypes before finalizing a sleek white PP squeezable bottle paired with a glossy metallic gold screw cap. To enhance functionality, we added a PP inner plug to prevent leakage and preserve formula integrity — an essential detail for sunscreen and face lotion lines. The squeezable PP body was specifically engineered to deliver smooth, controlled dispensing — even under warm outdoor temperatures.

From 3D rendering to final mold refinement, the project took only 21 days from approval to pre-production sampling. The brand’s marketing team was delighted to receive 30ml and 50ml versions, ideal for both retail and travel sets.

When the collection launched online and in boutique stores across Los Angeles, the response was instant — customers praised the “luxury feel”, “perfect travel size”, and the clean squeeze experience.
