To meet the strict humidity and stability requirements of cannabis flower, we developed a custom solution using airtight glass jars equipped with a 2-way humidity control pack. This advanced system not only blocks external moisture but also actively regulates internal humidity, helping to preserve terpene profiles and cannabinoid integrity.

For added protection during shipping and storage, we sealed the jar opening with a heat-sealed induction liner—creating an extra barrier against oxygen and moisture intrusion. Combined with custom colors, sizes, finishes, and child-resistant options, this packaging solution delivers both superior protection and standout shelf appeal.

The 2-way humidity control pack can be integrated directly into the jar or cap to maintain ideal curing conditions. This setup is specifically optimized for cannabis flower but is also effective for other moisture-sensitive botanicals.
