Push-Pull Cap Manufacturer — Push-and-Pull Closures Matched to Your Bottle

A push-pull cap opens when the spout is pulled up and closes when it is pushed back down: one-handed, with no lid to lose. We manufacture push-pull caps for squeeze bottles, matched to the bottle in neck finish and color, as one set: one color reference, one sample round, one lead time.

What Is a Push-Pull Cap?

A push-pull cap has a sliding spout over a fixed inner stem. Pulled up, the spout clears the stem and opens the dispensing orifice; pushed down, it seals over the stem again. The bottle is then squeezed to dispense a controlled stream, one-handed, with no lid to lose.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers ask most before they specify a push-pull cap. If yours is not here, send it with your product details and we will answer it against the real pack.

Ask about your closure
How does a push-pull cap work?

A sliding spout sits over a fixed inner stem. Pulling the spout up opens the orifice; pushing it down seals it over the stem again. The bottle is then squeezed to dispense.

What neck sizes do push-pull caps come in?

Our standard push-pull caps fit 24/410 and 28/410 necks, and each cap is matched to the bottle in the set by diameter and thread.

Push-pull, disc top or flip top: which should I choose?

A push-pull cap opens with one pull and closes with one push, for squeeze bottles that are opened and closed often, one-handed. A disc top opens with a press and suits shampoo and body wash in the shower. A flip top suits lotions and body care.

Can the spout and cap body be different colors?

Yes. The spout and the cap body can be molded in different colors, or both matched to the bottle from a physical color sample.

What is the MOQ and lead time for custom push-pull caps?

MOQ is 10,000 units per SKU on existing molds. A custom-color cap sample takes 15–20 days; production of 10,000 caps takes 10–12 days in a stock color and 20–25 days in a specified color, counted from receipt of vector artwork and payment.
